The head looks too small and the neck too short but that might be the camera angle Now the pose has the back right leg forward too far yet the back left leg (closest to the camera) too far back and it looks like the poor wolf is doing the splits. The back leg also looks deformed.
May I suggest these tutorials [link] [link] [link] to name a few.
Don't get me wrong this is a brilliant model, and I see blender as quite difficult to use (but that might be because I had no experience with 3D work when I first tried blender), but I'm sure you can make this model even better then before.
yeah it's not really walking it's more like posing, too much strach for walk xP
The grid looks like this [link] and it helps is the computer knowing where the model is and what direction it is facing. The grid is what is going through the wolf's chest and side. [link]
